THE PREFABRICATED HOME: AN INTERESTING ALTERNATIVE.
The adaptation of the form and above all the reduction of prices increasingly out of reach of people’s purchasing power have lead us to design a new dwelling system. We offer our clients three models for those that want to reduce expense without losing the opportunity to live in a unique house, that is environmentally and people friendly. The models are HM with 2, 3 and 4 room versions that emulate the transport industry in permitting the addition or removal of a series of components according to the users needs:
MATERIAL: natural and sustainable materials.
HEATING: passive solar systems, support with firewood, solar radiant flooring, active systems and alternative energies.
COOLING: passive solar systems, half buried, natural fresh air, active systems and alternative energies.
VENTILATION: passive solar systems and alternative energies.
LIGHTING: passive solar systems, active systems and alternative energies.
WATER: efficient systems of consumption, use of rain water, recycling of grey water.
RESIDUES: separation of residues in origin, mini compost plant and treatment of black water.
GEOBIOLOGY: internal geobiological study and global geobiological study.
DOMOTIC: domotic control of air-conditioning and of alarms.
